Formal Agreement

The official TCI Site Agreement governs cardholders’ use of the Site and the Services of MyCCPay Login. By using the official service, individuals must agree to all of the following official terms and conditions.

In this legitimate agreement, account and refer to the account you have to provide by providing your credentials on the TCI website to maintain legitimacy at the MyCCPay Login portal.

However, to use these services, you need a personal computer or mobile device associated devices are collectively referred to as computers with a web browser, account number, and information to the servers. Although,  Credentials are used at to access the accounts through these services.


The cardholders are responsible solely for the installation, maintenance, and operation of your mobile device, browser, and software for MyCCPay. The official committee of TCI is not responsible for errors or malfunctions of your computer, mobile device, or the browser. Also, TCI is not responsible for any viruses or problems that may be associated with the use of the MyCCPay Login portal.

This service allows all the cardholders to send payments to your account, defining your identifiers. On the same side, to use this service, individuals must have an account that appears on the main page of the website and the TCI must/should provide this account to the relevant ones.

On the other hand, the TCI determines what data and information cardholders can access through MyCCPay Login. The MyCCpay account information available online through this service does not replace the regular monthly statements individuals receive by email or other platforms.

In the relevant cases, individuals should consult the complete monthly statements so that the account receives all account details, including important updates and information about your rights and obligations of MyCCPay. The information available through the official site is available from 6:00 a.m. CST for security reasons.
